Daisy Mae is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist from Plymouth whose music is in the style of acoustic jazz and indie pop. She is inspired by musicians with soulful melodies and truthful lyrics such as Bob Marley, Julie London, Billie Holiday, Bob Dylan, and Ella Fitzgerald.

Most of her songs are in the form of social commentary, with lyrics that focus on the way of the world, and stepping off of the treadmill we find oursleves on in life.

Free Your Mind - EP is based around having open eyes and living without confines. It was inspired by Plymouth, and the feeling of wanting to slow down whilst living in a city where we are bombarded with so many demands. Daisy wrote, recorded, and produced this EP,  and has performed it live on BBC Introducing in the South West.

Roots - EP was written in 2022 throughout the lockdowns. It's about staying true in times of uncertainty, and trying to see the light in difficult times. The title track of Roots was also aired on BBC Introducing in the South West.

Daisy is a full time musician and has played at various venues and festivals across Devon and Cornwall including Tunes In The Park, The Great Estate, Carnglaze Caverns, The Bbar, Steel Brew, and The Old Warehouse.
